Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Oh yeah the difference is amazing! just by wheel difference, hence why i want the smaller wheel but i just dont like the standard 15" wheels on the black vr6 BUT since i no longer have my amazingly tight turning circle and i scrub at everything (yet my gl was soo much lower) i am very tempted to paint them up and put some pirellis on and just roll that for awhile...

        Looks good!
You need to get some kiwi polish on those textured plastics though!

Lol dont worry I'm a detailer by trade so already have my special stuff for my trims just want to finish buffing and waxing first so they don't get compound stuck on them!

Saving my money so I can get the rust cut out of the roof and passengers door then a quick respray
