With 440s you'll be pushing to make 300whp , its also pending what intercooler you decide to run with (and/or water meth)

02M is a waste of money anything less than 500whp . The ratios are way too close and a gearset is about $5k+ . You can build a good 02A for less than that .

630 tune will net you around 400whp with the turbo maxxed out .

I hope you got the later Peloquin diff as well . The early units are known the shear bolts . I dont know when Peloquin did the upgrade but it was common for the bolts to snap destroying the diff, gearbox housing etc and all you would get in return was a new set of bolts . Lately some people have received replacement later designed diffs .

Lastly your gonna need a decent set of axles and or hubs , thats gonna be your weak link

440's will see 400bhp at the crank mid 300's at the wheel so for now fine (long term goal is 400whp)

yep and thanks i know all about axles/driveshafts/hubs so will be done down the line as i satrt to get quicker... i can just see the 02a crapping out real soon though and to be honest 02Ms arent expensive.....

im doing the bolts on the LSD as i know about the issues with snapping and destroying bolts which is feckin stupid really isnt it....bolt kits is worth dollars and cents but lsd is worth 1500! LOL

                  thanks for the responses guys

This thread will result in me being terribly inefficient at work.

                    For that, I thank you!

LOL your employer shouldn't feel too bad as the majority of the work and getting it on road will be done in just over a month to 6 weeks
