    FYI:

    Year Numbers:
    1994 - 217
    1995 - 227
    1996 - 136
    1997 - 100
    1998 - 59

    Total: 739

From my count it looks like the ones people have listed account for 20 cars including a couple of probable ones ??

    Tim - 3
    Stotto - 1
    Water Boy - 2
    Rd Runrr (@ ASV) - 1
    sortofbigbj - 1
    Golf Loon - 12 (but built 3 = 9)

    Weeds - 2?
    Louis - 1?

Leaving no more than 719 on the road (and I'm sure there is plenty more that have moved on too ).

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

Yeah my 2 "others" have gone, believe there is a slight chance the red one might be re-built, the purple one is being stripped.

Chris wrecked one I believe (silver one due to fire) was the car that his mismatched bumper came from, that's what he told me anyway, was a 94 or 95, pretty sure 94

          Put me down for one

Also that science-vr6 I believe rolled his, I'm fairly sure of that one, was another obd 1

I wonder if anyone has wrecked a colour concept? Has anyone heard of that happening? Apparently only 20 were sold in Australia (4 of each colour red, green, yellow, blue). I've heard they cost 5k more than the regular VR6s for a bit of colour matched leather, 6 spoke BBS rims and seat warmers just in case you want to sweat your ass off... So understandably not many were sold. Mind you I'm still pretty stoked to have one of them

Actually I think there may have been 20 of each colour. But I'm sure atleast a few have been wrecked Considering p-platers like my self get drawn to them becuase of the silly p-plate car restrictions, then write them off or trash them, I wouldn't be surprised if more then 20% of them are no longer on the road.

I thought that 20 of each colour were originally imported but only 20 were sold all up, haha don't be too hard on yourself I'm the only P plater I know out of all my mates who hasn't written a car off yet so I'm a bit nervous, but it happens to everyone Looking forward to your next car anyway haha

No one in my year has written a car off... Yet... Although people in the year above seem to have competitions to see who can roll their car first

100 colourconcepts, I believe they were included in the 1995 Aus delivery count, 20 red, 20 blue, 20 yellow. 20 green, 20 black (some of the red ones didn't get red inserts, just black as apparently they backtracked on the idea that people would buy a car with red seats). Wasn't a strip of leather, they're actually recaros (or recaro just had some input...I forget), bigger bolsters and a hard shell back (also you'll note that they have a lever on the side as if the car is a 2 door, and heated as you mentioned), also door skins in leather, a flamboyant rainbow on the side and a few other little details. I'd be surprised if one hasn't been written off frankly.

                        ( BTW 4 X 4 isn't 20 )

hahahaha, yeah well I didn't include the black ones because black is a shade not a colour so I just thought you'd assume that... Not really I just can't count. Fair enough I'll take your word for it. Anyway I've only seen one other VR6 of any type on the road in Melbourne since I got my Ps in June

I've got a green colour concept. Been very happy with it over the years and it has consistently gotten compliments from all those who enter its doors, especially the women folk who adore the interior.

As for others, there is a yellow and two (i think) blacks over here in perth. There was a 2nd yellow one but apparently it has gone over east. There are two green ones rolling around melbourne and a blue one somewhere in QLD. That's all I know.
