I cant believe that people are coming from interstate and you wont even bring your car to the Nats cos it wont be good enough. Bring it in primer and have it as a work in progress.

The Rocco got a prize one year having come down from Brissie on a permit so had no plates and was an inch deep in grime.

This year, nothing of mine will be finished, but me and the Mrs will bring something , put us down for 2 cars.

You lot need to support the Nats as the watercooled scene is so small. We have to be seen growing together and increasing in numbers. That wonk hapen if you all pull out cos cars are not finished. Bring what you have and dont enter if you dont want. But support the watercooled massive. see you there.

Smallish Update

No pics of the car will have them on the weekend but spoke to Adam from Detroit today and he tells me that they have block sanded back the car and almost ready for paint WOOT WOOT!!!

However I am highly doubting that I will have it for the Nats anyway

Kinda decided seeing as the Autofest and DOVW are 1 week apart from eachother car, I shall have it ready for then that being in November though

Well went to Detroit today to take a look at my car and see the progress, I have now told them to take there time and I want a awesome job. They told me another couple of weeks I said sooooper doooooper

Done properly and the finish is fantastic!



While I was there George was there and we where eyeing off this new HSV that was getting detailed after a rock hit its front end, anyway this is the quality of the workmanship that Detroit and all the boys there put in. This has to be said is all the work of Nick who is the co-owner of the place with Adam, he is the detailer and his is one of the best!



In all I am not that happy with my wheels the way they turned out the fronts look like they have way to much profile Might have to sell them for some 195/45 instead, but the backs are awesome and have about 6-8mm poke which is what I wanted and the car will be wound down a few more coils

Btw i put some tyres on the volks i had but they put the diff sizes on the wrong rim width. Ill show u some 195/45 on an 8" rim

No pics however parcel came in today and also a phone call from Adam at Detroit my car is getting painted in there brand spanking new booth worth a whopping $80gggggssss haha. So my lil vr6 is going to christen there new booth I feel so blessed And to top that off I should have it back by Saturday, and it was alot cheaper than I had expected PHUCK YEAH

Well after I got a call from Adam at Detroit the other day I am in preperation to start getting into the car again, got a hell of a lot to work on and after looking at the car show schedule, Autofest being 30th September and DOVW 30th November around those dates anyway. I have got alot of work to do!

I'm going to have to do alot of the stuff in 2 stages part ready for Autofest and part ready for DOVW, seeing as there is 2 months difference, I don't know where I got the feeling that it was a week away(slaps forehead). Anyway some parts came in on Monday some nice touchs, no pics though at the moment, I still need to get alot more other bling/wank things cause well after buying one of the Neuspeed caps and then buying another cap I was like f*ck that looks **** Oh and BTW Raymond it wasn't yours it was one I bought from TMtuning lol.

The Seat seats will be up for sale soon even though I was only in them for like 2 months not even lol. These are mk4 GTI seats black maybe soon to be hopefully black leathered, suede. Sorry george I am going to steal your deisgn
