You'll have to be careful - I pretty much broke mine doing it.

Flick the key out but don't let it click into place. You'll see a hole near the bit where it swivels, and there's a thin pin that holds the key to the fob. You'll need to carefully slot it out. It's a fragile piece - I put in a bit too much force and the pin split. Once it's out, the key can be separated from the fob. Putting it back in is even more difficult... I ended up breaking mine I've replaced the pin with something similar + super glue

Well small update that will make the outside of the car look absolutely a nutter.

Wheels are done and he said there better than a set of wheels that he had done himself previously Pics to come tomorrow right now I'm on cloud 9 I can't get rid of the smile on my face

I think I will have to take tomorrow morning off

I won't be putting on the wheels probably until the last week of but I need to take the two rear wheels to Detroit Customs so they can work out how much to roll my rear guards. There is going to be a shocker though, I originally wanted all 8s but now they will be slightly staggered

just tell them to roll it to the max.. coz the max is not much as you cant completely fold it.

Day can not get any better I tell you, just spoke to the boys at Detroit Customs, they have done my radiator support in gloss black Its still a little rough as it comes but they are going to cut it back and redo it when they test fit it on the car, car is moving smoothly along.

However I am now forced to get a new window reg for my rear window it doesn't work but I never open it but in order to do the fantastic work that the guys at Detroit do they need to remove all moulds and not do a half ass job, so I am on the hunt for a new window reg.

Another little downer but I am OK with it is that they cannot plastic weld the air ducts flush to the front end as they are two different plastics and it just can't be done, but I am OK with that they where pretty flush how they were before so thats good
