I feel compelled to tell you to stay away from my daughter, eventhough I don't have one.
You sir, will make a father every daughter will hate! Haha just kidding
I've got my eyes on someone anyway but she's a few houses down so I won't be able to rock up in the mk3 and show it off when I turn up /:
I had myself and a lady chauffeured in my mk3 (which I spun the coils right down as far as they would go, had about a centimeter of tyre still showing in the back and the front was rubbing like a whore the whole way, never had such a bumpy ride hahah) to our formal last year, although the person driving had no idea how to drive a low car and got practically beached on the speed bump infront of a couple hundred spectators Still, people remember my entrance for that, unlike most of the other people in there stunning hired cars.
excuse the retarded face, its the only photo I have showing a side shot of the car. hahah

exactly the reason i want to rock up in a sleeper!
haha - i can't believe the big deal that's made out if yr 12 formals...
props to the OP for wanting to turn up in a mk3 - nothing signifies genuine personality like doing/showing what you love without shame.
We've used family owned cars for special occasions in my family for as long as i can remember - its a lot more special that way. I think myself lucky that I had a nice mk3 and a mk1 cabrio for my wedding. That was the bomb.
Surely I'm not the only person who rolls my eyes and pokes out my tongue at limo's? talk about showing the world you don't know whats important. :-P

Thanks man. Everyone at school is either coming by limo or by boat (nothing original at all). Me and a mate want to turn up in what we love. He's coming in his RX7 3 Series and i'd love a MK3 (:
