Sale fail, cleaned and fired it up today... decided I don't want anyone else to have it, I mean...I'm keeping it and going to see it through to the end, no point trying to sell it 'unfinished' as that just freaks people out and they don't want to pay any money until they see a RWC, not to mention the rubbish market where everyone has hidden any money they can get hold of in their mattress and are guarding for dear life.
Had a few parties that seemed half keen, but on the plus side I had almost spam levels of interest in the wheels.
So, have done this before but pulled 6 month + old sludge fuel and replaced with fresh Ron 98 (what I always used... but now it's pre sludge) she quietened down a bit and seemed much happier.
Also, can't recommend clay bar and polish enough as the car was filthy but had been done months and months back, and it was really easy to get the poop off.
