Looks great, really tidy. I think my old VR lights were in there somewhere, second Vento boot they've been in. Thanks for taking those to Vic!! Can't wait to see what you do with the car whether it be mod like crazy or keep it mint.

This is truuueeee!

I want to share with you my planssssss but I shall keep ONE a surprise!

This weekend I will be pulling out my vr6 from Ginster...You can only image what the vento will then gain...Wide track, 5 x 100 and 2.8lts of fun.

After that My wheel options from under my house open up

I have also purchased Megasquirt 3 and a MK5 R32 motor (that is currently getting rebuild attention)

The VR6 will be removed and the R32 motor added running on MS3..(Jay Jay need your help )

So I'm pretty excited!!!

I do need to paint my beetle for a run about though!

Haha awesome, you spill plans worse than I do... gotta get that looked at.

Have a look at JMacs comments in the conversion thread, might be a tip (e.g. rear axle can be kept Vento, pedal box doesn't need to be swapped...).

Keep the photos up, I suspected as soon as you'd mentioned your VR was damaged that something like this was on its way.

I've never seen a vento in canberra, then I saw yours at nats, and all of a sudden I see 4 of them in canberra haha. The car looks really neat. low and wheels are a must. R32 wouldnt be too bad either haha
