Far out man! Head up insurance should work it all out, just a pain having to go through all the work and time without it.

The Bumper has been squashed in and the right side is not sitting proppely

The slam panel has been shoved in pretty hard and the boot gaps are screwed.

It's probably a few grands damage to get it looking 100%

So me and the gf broke up. (some really harsh stuff that she did to me)

So I guess i now have much more time and money to spend on my VW's probably not much will get done in the next few weeks but i'll try my best.

No good about the GF, hope things work out for the better.

Don't write the Vento off for that little scuff, it looks like a minter apart from the ding. Even the boot floor can be pulled if it's been affected, and looks like the door gaps etc won't have closed up.

Hope it all gets sorted mate, I've been through all that before (same coloured Mk3 too, similar damage mine hit just a bit harder), keep good records, just start a diary of the events each call etc. and push people making claims to email that to you, so its in wiriting, gotta keep it really tight from day one otherwise you get bullied around, gotta say wasn't fun for me when it was happening and I would have played it a bit differently in retrospect. Chuck me a PM if you want some ideas.


Would be nice to see more Ventos still battling on out there, hope it lives on.
