My "Murdered" VR6

3 weeks in the states and I'm back and ready to deal with my vr6 and its many issues!
-I got a new grille in the mail while I was gone - looks ok I think will fit it up tonight and see and then paint it.
-My frigging adapters are STILL not here! So nothing is happening with my wheels.
-I still haven't got the last bolt undone on my rear drivers side suspension so coils are not full installed and car is immobile!
-Fuel pump finally died (luckily car was in the driveway) so I got that job to do as well, luckily I have a fuel pump ready to go in.
-Still need to replace coolant tank and probably crack pipe
- paint needs a touch up in a few spots as it looks a bit average so I might do that pretty soon.
Oh also the thermo fans are doing weird things that I'm kind of ignoring at this stage! Rear left window fits into this category as well!

More toys in the mail - falken's arrived today. Unfortunately Adaptec is backed up and my adapters are at least a couple of weeks away!

Achieved something today painted up and mounted the new grille. I am not 100% psyched on it but its growing on me

Ok - so my car has sat immobile in the garage for about a month now (maybe longer.) Seriously considered selling it as I have lost enthusiasm. But then I had a brainstorm, maybe when the battery went flat it screwed up the ECU? I am going to try resetting it tonight and see if that helps. Second thought that I cant believe I didn't think of is the vacuum hoses or even cracked line after the MAF. Need to check all this on Saturday and fingers crossed I get lucky!!

She runs again - although of course not without her problems!! I also got a present in the mail this week from adaptec! Progress soon!

Thanks for the encouragement as well - I was losing it for a bit there!
It's at the mechanic getting that bastard rounded bolt taken out and the other coil over put in, so progress is being made! Holy hell its slammed now too on the coils! Ridic really! I will have to wind them up a bit to get these audi wheels on I'm sure. Will post pics when I get it back. Will get my falkens fitted on the rims as well and take pics!
