Point taken. My concern was that such posts as the ones I responded to have a negative effect on any forum. This is a good forum with knowledgable people who like to share information and have mature discussions. This was lacking in the aforementioned posts and is what I annnoyed with. I am also here to support VWs, but I am not here to slag off other manufacturers or countries in a juvenile manner.

I apologise for going over the top, but as I said, it would be sad to see this forum degenerate into a fulisik VW forum. I had hoped (and experienced until now) that those that come here were above that.
