Cool as but doesn't the nose bleads at that height affect you much?
yea, theres quite a mix of bodily fluids staining my seats at the moment, especially now as i seem to be leaking seamen everytime i hit the accelerator and hear the thing roar, and then the crackle when i take my foot off... But yea the 4wd stance bugs me (a lot) every time i look at the thing. Am cutting back on every thing, and even looking for junk to sell to save for a pretty set of coilovers. Was contemplating taking the dremel to the springs but figured i can probably get a pair of hottunings within a couple months so will probably just put up with it for the time being

NAWWWW Tease me much?
I agree that it'll be awesome slammed (a little) but a low car can be such a PITA at times.
Having a high ground clearance isn't a bad thing, its a luxury!!!
But its a luxury that we can live without......somtimes
MK2 - *Insert list of dealer purchased extra's/standard features here* 80 series - The MK2's BIG, Sooty, polar opposite... HAHAHA
Yea I dont think i will be able to drop the thing rediculously low, unless i want to park it out on the street. It already scrapes if you take it too fast and from the wrong angle trying to come down the driveway, and the lips like 20+cm off the ground haha.
I don't think VR6's look any better lowered on the standard wheels!
Okay, maybe a little bit, but whether or not it's worth the drop in practicality is the real question.
I know I'd rather be able to climb the driveway so the car can sleep in the garage!
Well when i have coilovers in ill probably not drop it a whole lot while still on stock wheels, but theres like room for a baby to take a nap between my gaurds and front wheels, and the things sitting higher then my mums car... its not right.
I dont think it changed a lot, although i didnt do much driving around town before it was done so dont have much to compare it too. I still only have the stock air filter in it (anyone know where the cheapest place to get a K&N one sent here is?) but honstly i was still quite suprised after doing it. Wasn't expecting any difference at all, but it did feel quite a bit more responsive.
Sorry i cant really answer your question, but i doubt it would make much difference to fuel consumption.
