Hawk, was your compressor fixable thus cheaper? A new unit from that site is 450+ just itself... Ouch. I'm a mega noob so I don't really have a clue.

Hey Elliot the compressor is fine.

When we had the dash out the old man checked for gass and it was all out. He said there must be a small leak in the lines because there was green dye mixed with the little gass that was left. apparently a technique used to determine where the leak is coming from. Whether the previous owner found the leak or not im not sure.
