cant do the steering wheel cos of the airbag. well. u cant do it legally anyways.

KII1Z has done it... But im looking at doing something like what he is doing... Not copying, Have had this in mind since my mate got his VR6 they look really really nice!

Ive never had mine on the dyno. But there is a nice big chunk of torque u gain under 4000rpm. Ive seen some dynos say about 30% more. Up top it seems to add a lil bit more go. Not a huge deal. But yeah. to me it seems to really free up the vr6 down low where with the stock manifold it seems to really bog down until u hit 4000rpm

If you need more traction then go for it. I dont think its necessary unless you have far too much power. U could buy a mk4 R32 with the amount of money it would end up costing u!

I agree with the loss of power through the drivetrain. Equates to ~40% they say in an AWD system compared to FWD which is ~20%.

So for a stock VR6 FWD ~ 102fwkw
Stock VR6 AWD ~ 77awkw

The costs outweight the benefit for this sort of custom job.

No reason to change the seats I think anyway the vr6 already has recaros, and if you are looking for defects then take off the steering wheel. To me the stock one is quite good and there is nothing wrong with it. Start off with a good induction kit and a exhaust system and there will be a bit of difference straight away.

Hey yea, Well i am not sure i would really like to change the steering wheel and seats, I have driven a VR6 before and it felt like the steering wheel was like a bus (big), And what is an Induction kit?

Hmm i have seen them cheaper (i think second hand) is that polished or just normal??

brand new they cost that much in Australia. Second hand they are much cheaper.
second hand u can pick them up from the US for like $1000 - $1200USD which ends up being close to 2K australian by the time u get them here. U need to be careful tho. If the lil ECU that comes with it is broken its not cheap to replace!

well when u plug it in and it doesnt work then its broken! either that or u have wired it in wrong!
Its always the problem buying stuff from OS. Unless u are buying from somewhere u can trust or can send it back its kinda pot luck. Not everyone on the internet is honest!

So my best bet is too buy one of or around in australia? too make sure i can take it back and or get it replaced no hassels?
