Can't adjust the accelerator pedal height at all?? Or the brake pedal height?

Put less fluid in the brake reservoir that'll lower it sorry couldn't resist

I don't have too much of a problem with it as there is plenty of space between the pedals. I find it easier than Carl's mk2 i sat in the other day, I kept bangin my foot on some lump thing...ARGH!

how many vw's have you owned?

i gotta say you do get used to it... i have after 2mk1's and my mk3. maybe do some flexibility exercises for your right foot

seriously, if its too darned low for you, take it out and BEND it.

Can't say as I have noticed... when I was cleaning today they all looked about the same height...

If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.

1..this is my first. Am i asking a question that is a well-known VW fact?
i will get a pedal kit or something. see how it goes.

                thanks

nope - its just that all the vws i've owned have had (unmodified) a less-than-ideal pedal height thing happening for heel-toe (atleast thats what other people who get in the cars tell me (non-vw owners). so...either i'm just used to it, or all hte other cars are weird and vw's are ok.

i think its possible if you shove your foot inside a size 4 shoe.
