i was cruising at 100 ks towards venus bay good 3 hour drive
i started from 9lts and got as low as 6.5lts that was with out resetting it
that did only happen once havnt been able to get it that low ever since
by the end of the trip plus a few days back and forth from work i got just over 600km to the tank
but one hour of highway driving at 100-120 will see it get down to about 8-low 9's. thats with the usual, knock it down to 3rd and fly past for overtaking only to realise your doing 140 -150kph

I can show the entire history for my car. The long term average is currently 11.1L/100km with the best at about 8.5L/100km.
By the book it says at 90km/h you get 7.3, at 120km/h you get 8.9 and round town you get 12.5, which sounds about right from my driving around. I have seen the MFD say mid 7's while cruising at 90, but tend to be round town or on the freeway so never get that "best case".
Anyone who is getting more than 12.5 needs to look at their car to see what could be causing it, anyone who is getting less than 7's is either REALLY babying it and does a lot of cruising at 90 or is full of it
*Note all figures are for Manual, Auto will be about 5% or so worse.
If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
