:edit: also, man is yours a hydraulic roof and does it work? if so then whats the procedure you have to take to make it work? I found out the other day that I need to switch to ignition and then back off again, and then hit the switch?? all i've ever read is to just switch it to ignition? so my junk has always worked :/ I now have spare pumps, switches and relays.... haha

oh right.... haha, well everything i've read and heard says with the engine off, switch it to ignition and it'll work....but I have to first switch it to ignition and then back off again before I can operate the roof.... i'm just curious if mine is weird or normal?

That does sound a bit weird. I thought you just needed ignition (running or not) and handbrake!
