  • The Stu's Bagged VR6 Cab

Well after long discussions and weeks without a car...

i have talked my self out of driving my crazy e beetle every day...so i went out and bought my self a vr6.

motor is in very good condition full service history just on 120 clicks

was purchased at a very reasonable price!

    Things to do before RWC:
    wheel alignment
replace heater core (not that bad i have a new one sitting in my room)
    new windscreen
    pedal pad (clutch)
    rear gearbox mount
    d.s. seat belt
    d.s. tie rod end boot
and a new d.s sill cover (little bit dinted)

the rear left door also has a miss colour matched strip so i need that re painted as well

but all considering should be on the road next week

took some very quick shots today... will have more tomorrow

plans are to drop, wheels, tint, some different lights front/rear/indicators, lip, badge less grill, ecu upgrade and cold air intake...drive the

or maybe even new rat...rusted bonnet/fuel door, roof racks, 100spoke 17's, whitewalls...

Jesus nice work mate, I really didn't think that you had an interest in the newer model cars. Thats the colour I wish my VR6 was The gearbox mount on mine is done over as well and its only covered 72,000km, your going to soon be addicted to that VR6 sound as well

cut the middle muffler out for a cheap noise fix , it does get tiresome after a few months though.

I'm guessing it's a manual based on his requirement to replace the clutch pedal pad!

                      Nice car btw!
                      Nothing to see here...
