Yep its a mk4 2.0L 8v manifold, i know of some guys in germany using it on their mk2's, dont know how much customizing it would take to make it fit though...

I wonder if the holes for the studs on head are correct. Pretty sure they should be staggered on one side. If you have some exhaust gaskets you can tell from them.
I reckon they will fit Mk2 and yes they may be from a 1.6 or 2L Golf 4 engine.
All the exhaust ports are the same on counterflow or crossflow vw 8vs. 16vs, 20vs and Vr6s are different.
