  • Country Find

With work I do a lot of country k's and whenever I get to a small town I always slow down to hopefully find some hidden gems. Spotted these 3 in Bogan Gate this morning. Owner is willing to sell but he didn't have much time to talk so I took a few snaps

77 GLS 2 door auto - interior was pretty ordinary and it ran previously. Said he parked it when it was out of rego which was 2007

GLD - not sure of year but was pretty ordinary

Cabby - he seemed pretty attached to this but overall seemed in pretty good condition.

If anyone is interested I can get more information. He may even part out

Great find, one day I'll find a lost spli screen camper. How solid is the 2 door? - someone need to rescue it. The wheels on the cabby look interesting, anyone recognise? - potentially interested if he wants to part out.

It's pretty solid, I will be passing through again in a couple of weeks so I will try and get a better look. The wheels are pretty interesting it has a very distinct anchor sticker on the rear quarter. He told me he has had it for about a year.
My profile states I am a VW sales consultant but I have since moved on and now work for Coca Cola I just haven't updated it yet.

I've seen that Cabby before. I've got a photo taken 25 years ago when it was for sale on Parramatta Road. Wheels were silver back then and it didn't have an anchor.
