My achilles tendons won't allow me to play at all ever again. I that first package was my 1.8T AWD mounts for the Mk1 and the second package is the welder.

Did a bit more today by myself. Missus had to go to work. Not much but atleast there is progress. Couldn't get the welder working like I wanted. But have an idea why. Will try fix that during the week and then see what happens next weekend. And the rebuild bug bit my dad a little bit over the weekend. Gave his input on what they used to do back home and gave some suggestions with what I can look at doing. And just out of curiosity, would anyone be interested in my front seats, back seat and carpet?

In regards to the engine and box, all good. Just remind me a few days before the GAD. Does he have linkages for the box? Sold mine to a dude in cooma.

So we had to modify the car stands a little bit because the Golf is still standing outside. Just to prevent the stand from sinking into the ground we did a bit of welding.
