  • My latest addition 1976 2dr

I am picking up a 1976 2dr swallowtail after lunch today! My brother used to own it and sold it about 2 years ago. Here is a picture of when he used to own it. It still looks pretty much the same except needs a good clean/polish etc.

It has new window rubbers all round, new headlights, seats are in excellent condition, and an amazing dash

Rust is minimal just starting in the drivers side pillar (where they all rust!)

HAHA that's awesome! Car looks sweet. One day I'd love a two door swallowtail so I can see why you'd be able to jump on it so fast.

He is jealous!! This is a picture from last night showing how low it is - that is a 50c piece and the patches on the road are from the beetle not the golf!

Chassis has been notched for this reason, as was fouling when I owned it.
