a few questions as I just bought a 1976 golf ls

also found these in the engine bay.

this is from brake servo? one vacuum line hose is blocked by a screw.


I don't know what this is. (its near gearbox, and front of radiator..)
one wire is cut....


is my carby looks alright?.. auto choke seems weird..


I'm gonna change the rubber mount as I can hear air leak..
Is it a easy job?

the "choke" as you call it is the idle shut of valve, follow the wire over the top and to the drivers side of the carb and there you will find the electric choke.
