Update.

Mk1 is coming along ok ecu wiring is completed

Sent for exhaust today 3" with cat and rear muffler will be ready tomorow.

Just have a bit of dash/fuse box wiring to complete and interior to be fitted.

should be on the rollers late next week fingers crossed.

will post some more pics soon moving house at the mo.

Hi guys sorry for being so slack with the updates truth is golfy got pushed to the back of the shed for about 6 months and i got lazy!!

Ive pulled my finger out and spent the last few weeks finishing it off the most time was spent getting it to run on adaptronic getting the trigger angles correct was a pain in the a#$ after a couple of nights of saying WTF alot with a timing light we had the 20v running on 4 cyl.
Rough base map later and a couple of days testing the coolant system and checking for other leaks or anything that would ruin a tuning sesh on the rollers.
Probs sorted spent about 25 min on the dyno we got a nice clean 12psi map which made 105wkw trust me it feels like alot more than that on the street!! still a fair way off my goal but one step at a time at least i can drive it and fix any niggles before i wind it up to 22 psi!!
will try and get some pics up the next couple of days.
The car is now striped and in primer fingers crossed i can have it back and back together in time for the nats.
