    Yes it is cause I destroyed mine once On 13s you won't be able to slam it with the coilovers. What I mean by that is that you can't slam the coilovers but you can slam the car and it will still be a very good comfy ride

    • ahhhh yes true.. cause with 13"s you don't need to take helpers out to slam em.. correct?
      i like the 15's atm.. but they aren't wide enough and i won't be able to lower it enough..

                  • yeah man, one is just being the bane and deciding to have a flat tyre.. so when i get it replaced i will post more picks with the full set

                        • White wheels suck, if you haven't noticed. Depends on the brake pads (obviously) but they are a pita to keep clean.
                          Wheel silver would be highly original, and look awesome.

                            white wheels look friggen sick with light blue cars

                            and a old lecturer of mine reckons they are close the two best suited colours to combine.

                            • I JUST GOT CONFIRMATION ON THE PURCHASE OF JOM COILOVERS!!
                              i will be getting them sometime next weekend!! SOOO EXCITED!
                              they have been installed but not driven in a mk1 before, does that mean they will bolt straigh in??? or will i need to purchase other parts to fit them correctly?

                                You'll need a few extra little bits, but yes they'll bolt straight in.

                                It's very straightforward, playing with the height is the hard/annoying bit.
