no power to thermo fan though cant see why?????

Do you have power to the thermo switch?

no power at fan
pretty sure its ment to have a
constant power as it run on after car is off

may be a faulty switch. BTW you have a reversing light out.

Meant to have constant power somewhere - I can't remember which way
round it works, but by the sound of it I'd check for power on the fan
socket...

when i was playing before and running in cam
just no power to fan plug , switching earth was working
and a pic of the eng just cause u asked


bit dirty and dusty tidy up over then next few weeks
visit exhaust shop tomorrow then 18 months of not driving to
catch up on !!!!!!

buget job just refit old 2 1/4 exhaust with
new 2 1/2 flex
had to remake bottom of extractors

sweet no excuses then... Put DOVW on the calender and plan around it! hoping my mk1 will be ready this year

just put some kings in my Mk1, looks pretty shmick except the front could be just a tad lower but its not bad at all really nice hard spring rate too should corner like a go kart!

with ya fan bro allways check ya fuses there dodgy, rebend some of the fuse holders or jiggle the fuses, if not try hot wire your fan make sure it is working,

all gone bad eng has huuuuggggeee vib in it
think flywheel not balanced properly??
so bad makes cd player skip!!
have to pull out box on weekend and put my
old flywheel and clutch and see if it goes away

Are you sure its not engine mount? If the one on the drivers side is gone, it causes mad vibrations.
