  • when your mate takes you for a drive, the suspension packs it in and you have no travel left. then the brakes leak out the fuild and you cant stop. and you think your going to die the whole time hahah , thats a mk1

      It was firing on all cylinders that's a start. The japs don't call the handbrake E brake for nothing...

      I'm still struggling to get my brakes to work well despite all components having been replaced or pucka

              • you know you drive a mk1 when everything runs smooth for a month at home and when you take it for its first drive it roots a idler, spits a timing belt and springs a coolant leak all the at one time but you still love it
