I don't contribute very much, as very little work gets done on the manky little mk1, so have little to offer. It's my beloved daily driver, and lot of fun to drive

I think we have a MK1 gtg over christmas in Canberra this year - it did not work out last time, but I am keen for one this year.

There's a rat MK1 getting around. Lots of rust, big wheels, period roof rack and low. Not sure if it's owned by the young bloke who frequents the Canberra VW Centre but he was talking about building one.
