I really look up to you guys. U do some unreal work to your mk1s and golfs in general.
Good to see that its not just the 2 door mk1s that get all the attention in modifications. Although 2 doors looks sweet, 4 doors are just as good. eg. yours loon, and other forum members.
Looking Ace.

Yeah it is good to see old school cars getting the make over and not just all new cars looking heaps good Loon.
Smoke it up enough so I can see the smoke cloud from Bexley lol
Well I just came in from the Garage. My mate Beau, the kjet and wiring wizard came over and we got into it.
Today we did clutch, linkages, tuning, wiring for fan relay and some other jobs.
And it runs and drove for the first time in 2 and a half years!!! Wahoo.
Only 6 feet back out of the garage, but it goes!!!!
Sounds awesome, but still has no muffler at all. Neighbours came over and told me to stop the noise at 9.45, , so only got it 95% tuned, but it starts first time and sounds hawt!
A few loose ends to tidy up, like brakes! then windscreen, bonnet and the rest of the interior, then probably an exhaust!
Im pretty pumped now, the road test is in sight.

Getting excited now guys. Lots of issues sorted out, like coldstart, which it now does. Going to the exhaust shop soon, just need to bleed the brakes. Interior is looking hot and the car seems to have settled an inch lower since having the interior and engine in
