      Great purchase. Took this for a nice spin while I was up for nats!

      The fact you can dance on the cars limits without killing yourself is what makes these cars perfect!

        Glad you are enjoying it Liam, I had a little pang when I saw the space in the garage, but glad its gone to a good home.

                I got to drive this on Saturday as a prize for getting it started.

                I am sure impressed with the ride, handling, power and exhaust note. Sure is a mean sight racing about the neighbourhood in the dark!

                              i spotted another lucky Silver Mk 1 GTi driver on Sunday in Brighton Road, Elsternwick/Elwood area (Melbourne)...and he was on his 'L' plates !!! and I'm pretty sure it was a genuine GTi.... anyone know it this car ??
