Just got word back from GAP- $150 postage to Aus. for 2 driveshaft assemblies.($185+$150postage USD)$403 AUD.

So buying them from the States as complete units ready to fit is about $140 dollars less than buying 4 CV's and 4 boots in Australia($520+$20postage). Gap were very helpful and responded almost immediately to my e mails, great service.

Hi blue frog,Do you know what they actually re-condition in your CV's each year?Like do they somehow re-metal the housing and knuckle wear points, machine to specification, and re-surface harden before the new balls go in.Very interested to know.

Thanks Retired for the offer, but I'm O.K. for second hand driveshafts at the mo.
