Productive Day!

Spent the day on the car today. Got the new Smoked Crystal Indicators wired up, played around with the carb, annnd finally fitted my Mk3 seats!!!
Will post pics tomorow (when its light enough to actually take them)

yeah, decided id put the seats to use, and im glad i did. very happy with them. Spending today doing a bit of work. This overheating problem is driving me crazy though!!! When i was in the car with ed driving, it had no problems, but now that ive got it, it hits the top of the temp guage when its at idle?!?! So its got to be something ive done since i bought her.... Going through the checklist.

How much did the mini cooper wheel's sting you?
I tried the 16" 5 spoke & 17" multi spoke cooper S wheels on mine.
The 17" made it look like a 4x4 but the 16" suited it to tea!

With the overheating, is the car actually getting hot, or have you knocked the wire off the sensor?
