    Help Needed with Cabrio Electric Roof - 93 Model

    Help Please....

    Electric Roof not working - clicking noise presumably from motor when button pushed but no movement at all...

    Have read that it may be needing something similar to power steering fluid?

    Anybody help me out with this please - I'd sure appreciate it.

      I disconnected my hydraulic cylinders years ago and drained the fluid. For years I just put roof up and down manually. I have plenty of spare parts but it is a bitch of a system and I am perfectly glad manually moving the roof.

        When I had my Cabby, it had a seized pump that had been removed too...
        No issues with manually putting it up / down.
        Very quick, and simple to do.
