Not sure if its the dealer but for them to update it after hundred of visits I doubt it. Yes finally it's doing the proper regen.

Works very well. We have cleaned plenty of DPF's successfully. No need to pull the DPF out (except on an E70 X5).

Just curious if anyone has found this stuff at any of the retailers? My car gets a bit of peak hour work so feel it might be a good preventative measure before i even get the warning lights.

Can anyone chime in as to how much of the Liqui Moly DPF Anti Clog PN 2729 to use in a 2010 Jetta .
Do you use the whole can or not , don't want to do some damage if i use too much .
Any help would be much appreciated . Thanks .

Whole can, and in fact most "DPF cleaners" are just "liquid hydrocarbons" ie Toluene etc, and they have a limited effect to lengthening DPF cycles. It does seem to help with a single burn off though. Proper cleaners have Cerium or some other actual soot breaking catalyst in them, but are hard to find. Wynns has one, but I've had to get it posted from the UK in the past.

I usually wait for when Repco or Supercheap have a % off sale and stock up.

I tend to use it when I holiday allowing passive regen from high EGT and Cerium to do their magic synergistically.
