What rims did you end up getting?

I ended up getting the BBS LM's in 18" should look good i hope it does anyway haha should come within a month see how it goes...may take a bit longer as they will be painted as well just gotta get some spacers for skme offset haha

Haha honestly, i have no idea when it comes to offset measurements and what not. Ive spoken to supplier and they have done one before for a mk5 in the uk that had slight offset and they sent me pics with the rims on that car and it looks great so i ordered the same dimensions, only to know that i have no clue what they are haha! If it isnt out enough ill be buying spacers for sure! I know my lack of knowledge downgrades me hard but meh haha

Very rough idea though so only way to tell is when i mount them up haha i think it should be okay im just worried about the colour haha

Wouldn't worry too much about colour, it's easily changed. LM's are 2 piece so you can pull them apart and change colour if your not happy

Nice looking at getting LM or RS reps but gotta find out if they are still 2 and 3 piece... Hope so but not that keen on like 3k for genuines

... The red strip is easy to remove.

This man speaks the truth. Took mine off today and, to be honest, it doesn't even look that bad without it.

Once you get the first two or three off, you can simply pull the strip and they rest will pop out.

Its the fog light grills and the lower middle grill where you may snap tabs.

Ahh well plans have changed boys! Not game enough for the colour change so leaving the red bits, perhaps even orange? Painting the BBS LM rims in glossy black with studs painted in red or orange which ever theme i end up going with!

Fair enough. If you're good at photoshop, you could test both colours.

Where did you get your number plate bulbs from?

Yeah i could do that but i suck at photoshop haha i got the bulbs from a group buy on vwgolf.net.au highly recommend them
