OSIR skirts are OK, but if you want real sex on wheels, look at the Oettinger stuff.

Looks pretty good to me, but I would have personally gone down a 1/2 inch on that exhaust. It's a bit over the top.. Dubs are supposed to be wolf's in sheep's clothing, not the other way around.

KW's are worth every penny. Just get ready to kiss goodbye to a fortune when you sell the car though (hang onto it for your kids maybe?)....

Thanks for the suggestion mate will definately consider the oetingger side skirts im prepared to get KWs even if i lose money on it not prepared to sell it ever to be honest its my pride and joy and always will be haha

Haha honestly ive considered so many times to get rid of the tdi and just buy an r32 or an R but i have so much fun in the tdi and it just wont be the same, hence why ive decides to keep my car and just buy some other car on the side, later in the very far future though haha

Haha i honestly dont think i could run out of things to do im always keeping myself busy with the dub and when im all done ill buy another car and keep my trusty tdi

Good call.. These oil burners are certainly addictive.

Check up on those Oettinger bits though. They're gorgeous, and some would argue slightly less raceboy than OSIR. That being said, I really do like the interior parts that OSIR make.

There's some gorgeous Mk5 builds out there, just go searching.

Awesome thanks heaps for all the info you have really helped me out! I need some spoiler options now! Was thinking osir but everyone seems to be getting them so want a different approach! Will be getting my roof vinyled in gloss black by carbon demons so will need a spoiler extension...help me ! Haha

Update:

Today, I purchased a 2012 Golf R Gear shifter with boot and got it installed by fellow forum member Oli, who has helped me out heaps in the past. I'd like to thank him for helping me with installation and for selling me a great item! This mod needed a few modifications done to the inner plastic pin that holds the gear shifter up and releases the button to click into gear. I orignally had an OEM T-Bar gear knob with the button on the right side. Now, with the upgraded shifter, the button is now at the front. With a heat gun, some hands, pliers and time, the mod is finally finished! Here are some pics of before, during and after!

Haha thanks mate! Its a great mod just feels so much nicer and looks fantastic compared to the standard T-Bar...im just a bit scared bout the inner plastic pin as ive heated that up to twist it 90* lol not sure if the plastic will eventually give in..

Got the badge off ebay but needed some modification...a fair bit of sanding and tweaking went through to this badge but was totally worth it !

Thankyou thankyou the shifter was pretty much brand new came off a 2012 golf R that was in a recent accident...purchased off forum member "oli" he always has great bits and pieces i highly recommend him! He dismantles golfs (write offs) and sells off the parts for great prices. Picked mine up for $100 installed
