Living in the country, I'm more worried about blow-by contamination of the EGR valve than DPF contamination........I'm not aware of any additive that will ameliorate that.

Just been looking at the Penrite web site - Technical Bulletin section (NEW) products
Enviro+ DPF Cleaner is now available claiming benefits for injectors, EGR and (obviously) DPF.
No mention of HPFP 'lubricity' improvement though.
in fact they don't seem to list anything for that particular component.Comment

You would have to assume that they don't and only work on the carbon, otherwise the DPF would never need replacing because it's blocked with ash.Originally posted by bluey View Post
