      Hi Guys,

I have signed up on vwwatercooled sponser package today. Just waiting for my title to be changed by admin.

I can offer you MKV guys a Group Buy for Tuning and or DPF deletes via our Interface Package which can be seen on Welcome to Custom Spooling

As Australian spec VW have a different range of ECUs fitted to their cars, it will be necessary for you to inform us of your Year of Manufacture and Engine code if possible.

As mentioned earlier, we are very well aware that alot of the companies offering DPF deletes do not fully work out right and DPF regens still occur in the future - With out custom DPF delete tune you will never experience DPF regens or related issues again.

I am also aware of legal issues with having your DPF removed in some countries, I supply DPF delete packages for "off road" applications only.

However, for anybody that would want a DPF delete I recommend them to contact me directly via Email info@customspooling.com as opposed to posting on the forum where some members may report you to Authorities (yes there are many Green freaks in the car enthusiast scene!)

Group Buy will kick of the same price as I offered Touareg owners over on ClubTouareg. 650 EURO includes everything shipped worldwide. The Group Buy will run for one month.

Your DPF will need to be physically removed by either gutting it or a replacement pipe.

Any questions please ask via Email for quickest response (I aim to reply to all mails within 24 hours, yous guys down under do be sleeping when Im working!)

Appreciate the offer and its always nice to have another option for a DPF delete. I'd encourage people to contact Gav about a custom code remap as I think you'll find he'll be quite competitive, plus he's well know around these parts and has built up quite a good reputation. As stated Greg has plans already in place about a replacement pipe so its all getting very exciting for those looking at a DPF delete.

Yes, as Gav already knows, I am not hear trying to take business away from him. There are many potential customers on this forum who would have to travel too far to Gav for a tune ( If they are on the other side of Australia for example ). This is where my Interface Package will be able to help those guys out.

I am good with competition, we have different things to offer customers. We don't do switchable tunes but are cheaper than some other tuners. We can cater for out of the ordinary applications that a lot of tuners don't go near. Not many places to get your Crafter tuned down under.

The JBS pipe is £268.08 ~= AU$410, I dont think thats too bad, how much is the shipping? Maybe a shipping forwarder would bring the cost down.

Any ideas on what a Miltek pipe costs landed?
Think mine was about $1600 landed, but that was when the Aus Dollar was 90c

Jeez, prices have dropped. Like I said I was quoted $720 delivered. Still...I'm holding out for Gregs local version - I'm pretty sure if will be not only cheaper but better than the Miltek version.

That price was for the whole replacement DPF free exhaust system

Full exhaust vs dump pipe. Storm bought the complete turbo back. All you need for the DPF delete is the front dump pipe section which runs about $700 delivered. I'd aim to beat that by a fair bit!
