Same diesel, different nozzles?

Bah you youngin's are always in a hurry, I'm a stayer, I like to make it last, slow and steady and it gives me time to enjoy the curves and general shape of the GT while I'm waiting. Owning a diesel is like being married for a long time, when you get to put the nozzle in you'll want to make it last as long as possible because it's usually a while between visits.

Well that's all well and good if your nozzle fits the hole. Otherwise you end up spraying all over the bodywork and have to hose her down afterwards

normally the high flow pumps are away from the rest of the bowsers so that the trucks can get in and out without hitting stuff and tearing the roof off

Naaa, after careful consideration it probably wouldn't have been a great response after all and one thing that comes with age is wisdom, and I'm wise enough to quit while I'm ahead at least on this thread (for the moment anyway)

Sometimes something seems hilarious at the time you first thought of it, but on reflection it turns out to (a) be not quite so funny, and (b) offend or upset someone (that you didn't think of at the moment of artistic inspiration). The other day I filled up at a place called Amco or something, it only had 1 diesel pump, and was a small nozzle.
but damm! it was fast, did like 20L before I could blink, then I think it slowed down a tiny bit.
but there was a truck behind me waiting to use it, so I guess some places try to find a happy medium.
