All the information is in the threads or on google..
The Soundaktor is found under the plastic trim at the base of the windscreen... or I believe you can have it turned off via VCDS.
The flapper mod... there are so many DIY instructions around they are easy to find...

APR Tune or exhaust - which one should I do first and why?

Also Turbo-Back v Cat-Back worth the extra $ to got TB?
Start with the tune. Once you're APR tuned, the re-flash is free as you move through the stages.

If you want to do the exhaust in stages, to Downpipe/Cat first incl. reflash, then get the cat-back section later if you still want more noise.

id do tune then exhaust if you are going performance route

however if you arent ever going to tune then just get a catback (sound)

Thanks heaps for the quick reply. Your answer makes perfect sense. I'll definitely get the tune, may just get the downpipe done at the same time. The noise of the stock system on it's own is nice enough so any addition to that will be a bonus.

              stock sound (sports mode ??)

              Rocc with flapper mod

sound with flapper open and closed on Golf R

How it actually works (on a Golf R)

"how to mod" on a Golf R

On the Soundakor thingo (technical term) here is all about it

              EDIT
just found this (again) took a while to find it
best example of the Soundaktor being switched on and off - in a Golf but I guess the Rocc will be the same

I'm thinking a switch for nice quite trips and then on for general running around
could get one of those switches that are mentioned early in the thread
