I have just ordered my Scirocco two days ago! It's just been made and waiting to get on the ship. I've been told estimated delivery would be in April. Now the waiting begins..

Mine is a CW Manual, no options.

Perhaps ordered wasn't the right word. I was told there was one with the specs I wanted that was going to go on the next shipment. How long do they usually take to get here?

welcome to the waiting club, hoping to take delivery of mine at the end of this week or next week.

as far as i know it takes like 3 weeks once its landed to get in your hands, so 3 weeks + how ever long it takes for the ship to dock

When I ordered mine, it was in the process of being put on the ship from Germany. It took 4 months if I remember correctly.

Once it lands at the dock in your city, it should take approx. 10 business days to process/clear.

Me and two friends went to the Melbourne docks as the ship arrived, and watched them roll out cars from the ship. We got too close at one stage (but still on the other side of the fence), and security thought we were gonna do a Gone in 60 Seconds on them. We were sternly asked to leave. We were pretty sure we spotted my mates ordered car, as not many are ordered with cloth seats and silver tallies. The stuff we do on weekends...

LOL...yup over here we normally get all the full spec options from VW Malaysia as we werent given any choice on options...call it a curse too as we either take it or leave it...it normally cost a bomb!!
If converted to USD a Roc R here is USD92k...go figure...haha...and guess what? My RocR is USD5k more than my 2012 tiguan 4motion...crazy huh??
Yes after tinting the front n rear lights with the latest vinyl paper (light grey)...it does look better n fiercer too...with the glossy black emblems front n back....great combo!! LOL...

I do like the smoked lights, not sure on the front with blue... but the rears are something to think about...

I also like that your dog is guarding the VWR CAI box
