Dip stick replacement

Hi drivers
I’ve just pulled my sciroccos dipstick to check the oil and the locking lugs and the oring keeper has disintegrated.

Any tips to find a good replacement ?

Apart from another dipstick from VW which will also disintegrate after a few years (good old plastic parts in cars these days), the only other option i am aware of is the dipstick that ECS Tuning offers.
