14" Zender Turbos Phase 1

Anyone in Aus got any in 14"?
I have a set of 5 with 4 centre caps...two wheels are date stamped 85...trying to see if there are any more about.
Google suggests there are a few sets in the states but cant find anything in Aus.

14" Turbos, I haven't ever heard of any around before. Sounds pretty cool, do you have any pictures?

No good pics atm but I just got them blasted ready to powdercoat so will get some pics when the process is done.

The local wrecker has a MK1 2 door with Zenders. Not sure if they are 13's or 14's. Next time I'm out there I'll check.

Just need to check for spiders first.

I found a set of 4 going in Melbourne in 2013. The bloke was asking $750 with no caps and major gutter rash. I had a look but decided not to buy after inspecting them. Haven't seen another set in Aus since then.

There was a brand new single wheel (display model) going on eBay a couple of weeks ago, but its since gone.

Are you looking to make 2 complete sets of 4?

Yeh I bought that single wheel off eBay so I could make a set of 5.
If I found more I could make two sets but just wanted to see if there were anymore around...seems like they're not too easy to come by.

Ah, nice! Yeah I was watching that one. They're very rare. Keep looking though. They are great wheels, a full set with original caps would be worth a fair bit.

I have :-
1 x 4 wheel set of 15 x7's reconditioned ( Thanks Anton ) ( 4 x 100 ET 25 )

1 x 4 wheel set of 15 x 7 to be reconditioned ( 4 x 100 ET25 )

1 x 4 wheel set of 15 x 7 " " " and minor welding ( 5 x 112 ET ?? )

All have caps, only 2 sets have lock bolts.

I can check one of my 80's GTI engineering catalogues for the part number of the 14 inch wheels , I am about 95% sure they made them that size.

Thanks Rocodingo I have the part numbers for the 14s - you have a nice collection by the sounds!
And they are now freshly powdercoated Might use them for a bit then sell them - if anyone's interested, send me a pm.
