To strut brace or not strut brace?

Hi all looking at some handling upgrades to my GTI I cutrebtly have lowered springs on. What else is good bang for buck?
I put a strut brace in my previous car with great impact. Will it make much on a difference in my GTI??

I put one on mine, doesn't seem to feel so squishy on a hard corner under power now. Doesn't seem uber necessary as the strut towers aren't completely separate like on a lot of cars, I did it because I wanted to see, it works, but I'd go sway bars instead or struts/springs.

Go for a new rear swaybar next.

Fitting a strut brace on the Golf's is rarely done as the design of the strut tops and cowl beneath the windscreen mean that you need to either remove parts or cut them up to allow a strut brace to fit.

Yep, I had to remove the rubber seals around the wiring, no biggie for me, but if you're anal about your car you'd care, I'm not, it's just a Golf.
I'd also look at a Anti lift kit, our tyres are slightly scrubbed on the outer edge, would definitely benefit from some camber while turning.
