Dont think there is that much more I can do, it comes down to getting it set up right, which I am having a real hard time finding someone who knows what they are doing.
What bushes did you use? Stockies or aftermarket??

Yes I too have heard this about whiteline sway bars!

Recently I spoke to a Matt Cook at superior suspensions in Sydney, he seemed to know a heap about Mk3 VR6 setup. If you want, pm me and i'll give you his email addy.

I did stock ones for the Control arm bushes.
They had to take the sump out to get them in, is this true?
The bloody things are really noisy, dont know why they squeak.

I am having problems with my front as it rubs going around sharp corners, I am using KW's, cant seem to get enough camber on the fronts
Pedders set it up, and they said they could only get -0.4 on the right side and -1.0 on the left, it is the right side that rubs the most

I was told I should put camber bolts in, does anyone know if I should be able to get more negative than -0.4

I quote this from Whiteline in that they stock camber bolts that provide +/- 1.5 degrees of camber.

This appears to be your problem.

Go to a real suspension place, preferably one with experience in FWD, vw golf and/or race setups.

However, this would also result in harsher ride quality, so a really thick sway bar would generally be undesireable in a street car. . . .
I ditto this comment however your spring rates will be the factor in how comfy your ride is, not so much your sway bar. from what i gather if you were to purchase the 28mm bar you wouldnt need to rely on your springs as much to keep your car from rolling during corners and thus you can choose a lower spring rate which wont be as harsh under normal straight driving; and visa versa . . . as is mentioned just above, get down to any motorsport involved companies/shops and question them about itm and if possible have them set it up for you . . .
