Hey guys someone else has probably asked this question but I couldn't find, I have a 10" lightning audio sub in sealed box running off a 2400 watt Schneider mono block digital amp. When I play music loud or certain bass kicks in it shuts down so have to turn car off and back on to kick back in anyone know what could be or what I need

Overloading can also mean that the ohm draw is too low for your amp to handle, which would be 'loud' or 'certain base kicks'.
Turn down the gain a little. Remember the gain is not a volume controller for your subwoofer.

With a sealed sub, the acoustic loading should prevent the sort of excursion that would draw enough current to overload the amp (unless it's a crappy one with a claimed rating that's far higher than actual).
