Is worth to change from stock hallogen light to xenon bulb?
I do not want cheap hid light...

6000k is to high something under 5000k is better and you get more light.
You shouldn't install xenon in ordinary reflectors as they don't focus correctly and technically are illegal if not fitted with washers and self levelers in the car.
Was costed out at about $4000 to do it fully legal
Better to buy the high output Phillips bulbs at Supercheap or similar

Very worthwhile upgrade from stock halogen.
Not going to give you HID output but the best you can legally get without swapping out (at huge expense) the headlight assemblies plus levelling motors, washers etc.
