Is your One X rooted? RSAP ap won't work without root access as it needs access to the bluetooth stack on the phone which is protected by default.

I personally use this ROM on my (now my wife's One X).
HTC are notorious for using a proprietary BT stack on their phones which breaks other things as well, such as A2DP not displaying song info. I now have an HTC One which works properly with A2DP. I have a 9w7 BT module in the car so I can't test RSAP for youz.

If anyone in Sydney has a 9wz and wants me to test RSAP with Android would be happy to test.

nope, my one x ain't rooted.
i just got it late last year - would prefer not to root it. but if it means getting rsap functionality, i just might.

whereabouts in sydney r u located? if u don't mind, the next time i'm in sydney, i'd like to check if ur htc works in rsap mode with my 9wz.
if all is good, then i'll go ahead & root my one x.

in the meantime, i'm downloading ViperX 3.7.1.

If you are concerned about warranty once rooted you can always relock the bootloader and return it to stock Rom. Like a car they would have to prove that modification caused a failure.

Then we can add them to compatibility list.

You won't regret installing viperx. Just make sure you have a backup before you unlock the bootloader as this does a factory reset on the phone.
