If I had a RNS510 unit that's works but gets the white blank screen problem and had a perfect working RCD510 unit, is it possible to take the screen or board out of the RCD510 and use it to fix the RNS510 ??

You can get a new RNS screen for not too much if it comes to that:
RNS510 - LED Display L5F30818P01
The RCD screen and digitizer is not compatible with the RNS, they have different connectors.
It would be worthwhile pulling the RNS510 apart and reseating the ribbon cable which connects from the mainboard to the touchscreen, it could possibly be slightly loose.
