I have a 2007 but MY08 Jetta TDI
It has the rcd300 along with the full height red MFD and no bluetooth.
Have done a fair bit of research but wondering if someone could confirm that i can install the RNS 510 and the FISCON basic plus bluetooth kit
From what I have learnt if i install these both..
1- Wont have a battery drain issue due to the newer CANBUS
2- Will have the bluetooth kit talk to the MFD and not only give caller info but also car info (boost, oil temp)
3- bluetooth will work with the RNS 510
4- The only programming that will be required is to tell the car that there is now bluetooth and sat nav installed.
Also looking to get this mic
